Mission

To create space for joy, unity, justice, and healing through the practice of Yoga.

Vision

That all eight limbs of Yoga are embraced and are a practice of joy, unity, justice, and healing that initiates change that is felt throughout humanity.

Values

Autonomy: Each human is an agent of resting, leading, healing, caring, boundary-setting, growing, feeling,

and learning.

Micro: Small is all. The joy, healing, and unity we embody initiates a wake that reverberates beyond the yoga mat.

Justice: We do not live in a just world, and it is all of our responsibility to address this reality. We must actively engage in behaviors that lead to a more just society for all of humanity.

Access: We are committed to learning ways to make yoga more accessible to all humans.

Honor: The commitment to honor the roots of Yoga and fully embrace all eight limbs, as a practice of liberation of self and society.

The context in which I practice and facilitate space for yoga:

  • We live in a toxic culture

  • The intention is not impact

  • Awareness is a lifelong process

  • We are interconnected and interdependent

  • We will work together as we learn to love ourselves into who we want to be

  • Yoga is a tool used to create the world we want

  • This is not easy but necessary, and we can do this
